After a terrible experience with bed bugs at another hotel the night before, we were understandably anxious when we arrived here. We called ahead and explained the situation, asking if they could please double-check and thoroughly clean the room for peace of mind. The staff was incredibly understanding and kind. Upon check-in, someone from the front desk personally walked with us to our room and went over everything together to ensure it was spotless and in perfect condition — and it truly was. The room was exceptionally clean, everything smelled fresh, and we felt completely safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the service exceeded all expectations. A big thank you to the staff for their professionalism and empathy. We would absolutely stay here again. Five stars!
