We were given the check in details prior to arrival and the instructions were clear. We arrived before the check in time and they helped with the storage of luggage. While we were out, they informed that they had given us a free upgrade for the room and it was an extremely pleasant surprise when we checked in as the room was extremely spacious, which made our 4-night stay in Tainan really comfortable. There's also snacks provided at the lobby and it's quite a good selection. They also provided water dispenser which is convenient and environmentally friendly. The location is also convenient to most of the attractions and food, but it can be quite a walk (10-15mins) to the places that open later at night. Lastly, we are also grateful to the staff for helping us receive our online order items and storing them till our arrival, which they kindly placed in our room when we checked in.

The room was spacious and very clean with kitchenette and own washing machine/dryer. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. We were greeted by a very friendly host who helped us arrange travel to places around the area. Highly recommend.

Nice and comfortable room. Quiet, with a view of one of the Tainan temples, and perfect location to explore Tainan old town. Also everything was within walking distance, including the train station. The owner was nice and let me store my luggage before the check-in time.
