This location totally exceeded my expectations. I was searching for a place where I could feel at home, quiet and immersed in the green . And it was all this and more. Fon and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The bike that they offer for free allowed me to explore the area since I couldn't rent a scooter. The apartment is bright, very peaceful and clean. The bathroom is shared but only with just another room. To be able to use the kitchen was definitely a big plus for me. Even though I have to say that the restaurant they have on location prepared delicious local dishes. Also, as a bonus, across the road there is a laundromat, which was also a nice surprise. I can't wait to come back here.

We loved our family room. We had a big double bed and the kids had a couch in the same room as us. We also had access to a kitchen and fridge and a very nice table outside, on the terrace, with a super, super useful fan. We spent a lot of time on that lovely terrace, we enjoyed the outdoor time thanks to the amazing fan. The room is spacious, with a lot of space to put your luggage. They clean every day the room and they also bring some complimentary bottles of water. We had some problems with the aircon, but the staff was on top of everything and resolved the issues. The location is amazing, 2 minutes away from Pattaya Beach, right on the main walking street, we recommend the Elephant restaurant, very close to the Sweed Hotel. We would send the kids alone to the beach, to buy ROTI for takeaway, we felt very safe for them to be independent and go by themselves and walk or go to restaurants and order takeaway. :) Overall, it was an amazing experience, we loved our time here, so we booked again for another 5 nights. We recommend it.

The room is clean, the beds are comfy, location is near to Satun Mosque, on weekdays there is a night market nearby, 7 eleven only walking distance, food stalls are abundant, the staff is very helpful, free cold and hot drinking water AND coffee, peace and quiet place, nearby kids playground, parking available, very good value for money, safe because they lock the gates at night, convinient to go anywhere
