We had an amazing 3-night stay at See Breeze House on Koh Yao Yai! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and heartfelt. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was done perfectly every single day. One of our rooms had an incredible sea view, and the other was equally comfortable and well-kept. The owner/manager was wonderfully kind and attentive, and the chef prepared the best Pad Thai, fried rice, and mango sticky rice we have ever eaten — truly the best meals our group had on the island! They also offer a convenient laundry service. The restaurant is simple but has a beautiful sea view, and the garden area with chairs is perfect for relaxing in nature while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding islands. There is also a parking area for rented motorbikes, which was very helpful. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, genuine experience where you can feel the kindness and hospitality of the island community. I was very satisfactic. Definitely quiete place, only sound of jungle, amazing sleeping. I stayed in something like a tent, but it was wonderfull. Every where nets agains for insekt. Accomadation is similar like capmping, but I love it. It was my one of the best acomodation in Thailand. Free bottle of water and coffie every day

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and supported us in every way. He not only arranged a scooter for us but also one with a sidecar, exactly in the quality we wanted. Later, he even drove us to the pier. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious, individually customized breakfast that was not only tasty but also very reasonably priced. The entire property is lovingly maintained by the owner, his wife, and an employee. Everything was spotless and in top condition. The houses, built in 2019, are well-designed – modern, comfortable, and excellently maintained. A special highlight was the fish pond behind the property. My son and I were allowed to fish there for free, and afterward, I was even able to use the owner's kitchen to fry the fish fresh – a fantastic experience! Overall, we were completely satisfied – both with the host and the entire accommodation. If you’re looking for a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and a beautiful place to stay, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back.

We booked 2 nights and at the end we stayed 10. This place is absolutely beautiful and a green little Paradies. The Bungalows are specious, clean and it was the most comfortable bed we had in 4 month. You get fresh towels and water and they clean the room everyday. The owner Peter is very nice and helpful and the whole atmosphere is just welcoming. There is nice pool, pingpong-table & slackline and everything you need to have a good time. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

The place is really nice. The room was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. They offer different facilities like laundry service or motorbike rental at a very reasonable price. There is a 7/11 at a walking distance. The owners are friendly and very supportive, helping us with the transfer and not only.

Great location: short ride to piers for daily trips in Phang Nga Bay, there are stores and restaurants short walk from the guesthouse. The owner is super nice and helpful when it comes to arranging trips and rides. Great value for money.
