Clean room and sheets, very large room, big comfortable bed, duvet, pillows, big couch, table, chairs, shower, fridge, and sitting area right outside my room on the balcony, everything I needed. It was quiet too, I slept really well. A small pool with lounge chairs. Also a few minutes walk to a small patch of beach, and a short cheap motorbike ride (use Bolt or Grab) to the larger beaches. 5 minute walk to 7/11. It's a guesthouse, so it's quaint and charming. There are stairs to climb up as I was on level 3, but the staff helped me with my bag. I stayed here because I was attending an event across the road. Great value.

The microwave is a nice addition as i like to just warm up some 7 eleven food when i feel lazy and want to stay in. The owner is a great guy from the moment you meet him and made me feel very welcome, the staff was also very friendly. Im definitely coming back here next trip. The breakfast was one of the things i forgot to ask, only had it 2 times since i usually either go before 8am or no time because of golfing. It said included here but i paid both times, maybe its just a specific dish, but i didnt worry about it too much as i rarely had the time to eat breakfast there, the food in general was good and filling.
