We could rent scooter with no problem, and everything was just so nice. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed at The Sun Long Beach Resort for 6 nights and had such a lovely experience. The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Long Beach and close to the main road where you’ll find restaurants, an ATM, and a grocery store. Super convenient without being noisy. The room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. They leave fresh water every day, which was a thoughtful touch, and you can also rent a scooter directly from the resort, which made it really easy to explore the island. It’s true that there’s a mosque nearby and you can hear the call to prayer, especially early in the morning—but I used earplugs and slept right through it every night without a problem. The real highlight was the staff—they were incredibly kind and helpful. My flight was seriously delayed and I arrived really late, after restaurants had already closed. They proactively messaged me to ask if I’d like them to prepare something in advance—and when I arrived, there was a delicious pad Thai and fresh watermelon waiting for me, which they didn’t even charge for. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and made me feel so welcome. Would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with genuinely kind people running it!

Featuring garden views and a garden, Zabit Bungalow is situated in the Saladan district of Ko Lanta, less than 1 km from Klong Khong Beach and 7.8 km from Saladan School. You could fall asleep with the Sounds of Nature around you. The room itself had bedside tables,plug-ins near the bed, lamps near the bed, a usable safe, and good black out curtains. Every day the room was cleaned, and the bedding was changed every other day. We loved sitting on the outdoor veranda, having our coffee. Two fresh bottles of water were provided every day.

The manager was really nice. Forgot his name, but an example for a lot of hotels. Manners and values were spot on!

The place is ideally located, far from the noise in a peaceful neighbourhood but still only 10 minutes away from the best beaches in Koh Lanta. The bungalows are very confortable and well equipped (air conditioning, towels, comfortable bed, little terrasse, fridge, wifi,…) the biggest plus of this place is definitely the kindness of Red and his wife, the owners. They are very welcoming and can help on many aspects: scooter rental, organising bus transport to your next destination, activities, laundry,… The restaurant is amazing with lots of delicious food options!
