We enjoyed the setup of the apartment! The 2 bedrooms & functional kitchen were great for my family. The room was over a functioning restaurant but still quiet & tranquil. The restaurant provided great food for breakfast & dinner. The location was also ideal for quick access to activities in Bohinj.

What a wonderful, peaceful setting! The owner was very friendly and welcoming and clearly took a lot of pride in her property and country (understandably so).

Close to shops and restaurants, the tourism center is across the street 3. Beautiful view of the mountains and the sunset, drowning in the peaks of these mountains, from the balcony of the room. There is a lamp on the balcony for evening gatherings at a table after sunset 4. Private, not shared, bathroom 5. A small kitchen with an electric stove for two cooking places, an electric kettle 6. The room is spacious and has a sufficient number of closets 7. Quiet

Wonderful host who has thought about absolutely every little detail. Good room with wide bed and nice balcony with a fridge, water kettle, a box with crockery and cutlery, a cutting board, a bowl for washing-up, washing-up liquid, tea towel and kitchen paper. I did some washing by hand in a bowl the landlady kindly lent me. She would have done our washing in her machine, but it wasn’t much and I preferred to do it myself. Very friendly couple that have hosted visitors for my years. The location is also great: good views from the balcony, situated on a high street but never noisy. On the Juliana Trail which we were walking. Not far from lake Bohinj and Ribcev Laz. Stara Fuzina is beautifully located.

We had an amazing time in Sredna Vas Bohinj. The town was reachable by both the arriva bus that runs regularly and the 2euro Bohinj tourist bus that runs in high season. The accommodation was perfect for us as it was so close to Triglav national park and the starting points of major hikes. It had everything you need including a mini fridge, table and chairs, private washroom, wifi and a tower fan. The host was even nice enough to let us use her kitchen to cook meals. She treated us at check in with a nice cold drink and highlighted some of the great things to do around the area proving us with a map and hiking routes. Of all the countries we have been to in Europe, Slovenia probably does tourism the best making the national park so easily accessible. 10/10 recommend this place as home base for exploring the park.
