Special compliments to Marcos at the reception who was very kind and interested in helping with the choice of how to see the city, as well as compliments to Clara who is the PR of the hotel and a wonderful Fado singer who gives tourists an insight into the history and what Fado is. Every morning, the day begins with the sound of the piano and violin, so I recommend experience. The Palace Hotel has and is long owned by one family, and everything in the facility represents how it used to be in the old rich houses of Lisabon. It's like you're in a fairy tale.
