Excellent super clean hotel. Friendly staff and a very comfortable stay. The beds with many pillows are very comfy. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. Water and tea are provided in the room as well as the welcome drink.

Great location in the centre of Szklarska Poręba! Everything is easily reachable on foot. Rooms were very clean, simple but perfect for our short stay. The place at night was very quiet, perfect for resting after a day of skiing/hiking. What I have found very good was the common kitchen downstairs where you can cook your own food. Very useful for longer stays if you are missing home cooked meals :) The owner was very nice and welcomed us with a big smile!

The Willa is a cosy place to stay, all we needed for one night. The room is spacious with a lovely mountain view, the breakfast (buffet) in the morning was lovely and the staff were very friendly. It was also great to have your own parking space based on your room number and the location was perfect as a very short journey into the centre of Karpacz.
