We enjoyed our stay so much we had to extend our stay. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view of the sea. There is direct access to the ocean and to an incredible snorkeling spot literally full of turtles just metres away from the shore and close to Tubod Marine Sanctuary. The room is clean, comfortable, hot water is available and AC works perfectly. There is also a kettle in the room with coffee and teas. Snorkelling gear is available. Our transfers from/to the port were arranged and we could rent a motorbike next door. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared. But it is the hosts Roualt and Charity which really make this place very special. Saying they are attentive, friendly, kind and helpful is not enough. From the beginning we were treated like family, we were invited to parties and family celebrations and shared many good moments (and drinks! 😆) with them and the other guests. Thanks to Kim as well who always has a smile on his face and is very helpful. We arrived as guests but left as friends, and the tears we cried when it was finally time to leave show that this is no exaggeration. We cannot thank you enough for your warmth and kindness and will always remember you ❤️ We hope to come back one day with our children as promised to Charity 😃

A spacious room with private bathroom, a kettle, dishwasher with some plates and cups, a fridge and a powerful AC. Also a mosquito net on a very comfortable bed, but good thing there weren’t that many mosquitos. Also towels, toilet paper and soap are provided! Miki and Jboy were wonderful with us, thank you very much for being so nice! Such a lovely place to stay, highly recommended (:

Makadal’Eau Boutique Resort exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The resort is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Our room was clean and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches, making it feel modern yet cozy. We were provided with plenty of fresh towels and the room was cleaned daily. The bathroom had a smart division layout, keeping everything dry without the need for curtains. The water pressure was excellent. We loved the modern stone sink that didn’t spill and the mirror had an aesthetic design with a built-in light function. The room featured both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Lighting options were well thought out, offering multiple configurations. The bedside tables were equipped with convenient lamps and outlets on each side. The bed, sofa and bedsheets were comfortable and we appreciated the private terrace overlooking the pool. The pool area was tranquil and there are convenient parking spots on the property. We loved that everything felt personal and relaxed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Always friendly, attentive and ready to help with local recommendations. It’s close to great beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away to feel like your own little sanctuary. We enjoyed it here a lot and had a great time. If you’re visiting Siquijor and want a place that’s stylish, peaceful and full of heart, Makadal’Eau Boutique Resort is the place to be!
