I loved every single thing about this place! ❤️ I stayed 3 nights in a dorm (4 single beds on the upper floor) and then 2 nights in a private bungalow (on the back of the house). House was spotless! The bathroom, shower, kitchen, and common area were cleaned, at least once a day. The host, Nick, was the kindest person I ever met. He helped with everything. You can rent a bicycle, and also do a laundry there. The house has such good energy! Common area outside was always full of people chatting with each other, cooking, and enjoying the time together. I met amazing people there, which I spent the whole week with. Next time when I am in Moorea I will stay there, it doesn't matter if I travel alone or as a couple. The location is great too, just a 5-minute drive from the ferry (you can arrange the transport with Nick). The gas station with little store is just around the corner. 10 minutes walk to the public, beautiful beach.

Firstly, I wanna say a big Thank you to our host that helped us with everything: rent a car, airport transportation, restaurant bookings etc ! The villa is facing the ocean, has a beautiful pool and sun loungers area. You have access to a shared kitchen and an outside dining area. We used the kayaks daily and saw beautiful corals and colorful fish in front of the villa. The room was super clean and we had everything we needed. They offer great value for money, especially considering we are talking about French Polynesia. We even got all sort of morning treats (donuts, croissants, pancakes) even though they don’t offer breakfast on site. Thank you again, totally recommend if you need a base to explore for a longer stay on the Island.

Wow! Maison Orange exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, clean, I could use the washing machine, there is a big kitchen to use, the room has a great size,… huge terrace - the location is perfect - very close to beach by the hotel Tipaniers where you can rent a kayak, go scuba diving, take excursions,… If I come back (which I am already planning to) - I will definitely stay here again!

From the warming welcome, the property nicely equipped so you could buy your food in the supermarket and repare your meals at the stay, to the beautiful garden and of course the little beach front with the port where you could see the beautiful sunsets or swim and also take a kayak and got adventurous into the sea. Everything that you need its there actually, its pretty much on you, in what you are looking for. The staff is very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful, also the owner are really humble and welcoming If i ever come back to moorea i will look forward to be back to this stay

My daughter stayed with host Murielle for three nights and four days and her hospitality was truly exceptional! She experienced the real Moorea & French Polynesian culture of kindness, care and hospitality from Murielle and other local people. Staying at Fare Mihimana was a pleasure, being able to rest and relax in a beautifully furnished guestroom with everything you need, and it was nestled in a tropical garden paradise. Murielle gave some fruits growing in her garden to eat in a fruit bowl on the dining table. Fare Mihimana is located within a short walking distance of the ferry dock at Vai'are which is so handy with lots of services, shops, supermarket, eateries close by. Murielle gave great tips on visiting local spots and helped organise taxi and recommended excursions and things to do on Moorea. My daughter will never forget her wonderful stay at Fare Mihimana.
