Their dog Kira greeting us every time we enter the property makes this a truly magical experience. We expected to have a good time in Puerto Maldonado, but did not expect to make great new friendships in Rosa and Elvis. We mentioned for them on our second night that we were on our honeymoon, and the next day Rosa brought the beautiful garden inside and transformed our room into the perfect honeymoon suite. Their demeanour and energy made it easy for us to feel welcome and at home. We will forever cherish our late night talks about life, the unknown and future dreams.
