They went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay. Antares and Inti were also great hosts and helped us be less homesick :) The location is great (10-15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas), worth noting that you need to go uphill to reach the hotel. The uphill hike is certainly worth it for the view.

She waited for my late night check-in and last minute delays at my end. Also, arranged breakfast for my early morning tours starting at 4:30 am on short notice.
