The whole house is simply amazing, its very modern, and comfortable, you can see they paid attention to detail when designing the chalet. The swimming pool and rooftop were great as well, really enjoyed the pool after a hot day. The owner and his staff are very kind and helpful, and cooked the best meal I had in Oman.

The Sand House is very nice, comfortable, modern and very well equipped. We had a minor problem at the checkout, the owner and the staff were so compliant, supportive and kind, they solve everything in better way as possible.

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

Located just 43 km from Al Hadd Fort, Private Room in Sur House provides accommodation in Sur with access to a fitness centre, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the homestay free of charge. The homestay features family rooms. Stellar overnight stay in Sur. Host was incredibly friendly - offered lunch to me after the drive from Muscat (!) Free use of the washing machine was greatly appreciated after 10 days on the road. Convenient to explore the city with a car, plenty of parking, plenty of places to eat nearby. Fantastic stay - would happily recommend it again.

The location was great for turtle watching. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast tasted fantastic. Over all that - the staff was the biggest gem: everyone we interacted with was sweet, caring and attentive. This was our best stay in our vacation and I wish these people the very best.
