From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with nothing but warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The Space: The accommodation was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of socialising with friends. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting. The Host: Our host was exceptional! We love staying where we can interact with the host and have meaningful conversations about the world and life experiences. Heather was so accommodating in this area as we chatted about the concepts of the world and what our future holds. To this day, Heather still messages making sure that we are ok and dare I say, she has become one of our friends, thankful to this trip. Location: Nestled in a charming neighbourhood, the location was perfect for us to be able to visit friends and to local shops. It was a peaceful area and offered a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everything. Overall experience: I can't wait to return. I miss Heather already. I miss her home already. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! Thanks for the great stay Lisa and Andy!

Karla was a gracious host and helped us decide on restaurants, wineries and things to see and do. We would highly recommend the property.

This is a wonderful place, everything about it was great! It is ideal for those who are looking for a basis near gorgeous nature, peaceful surroundings, privacy, comfort, and relatively close to Marlborough Sounds. We loved the house, being 2 floors plus terrace and garden allows lots of space for all. Kids loved the trampoline! All the fresh fruits and eggs and supplies available was great to have when we get there. I recommend staying at least 2 nights (we stayed 3!). It was lovely to meet the owners, very inspiring couple!
