I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! Guests can make use of outdoor furniture if they wish to dine or sit outside. The whole apartment was beautifully done up, and with all amenities set up. We loved the kitchen and the wine stoppers and knife set were a nice touch. Oh, and the thoughtful homemade muffins and handwritten welcome note was much appreciated. Robert was very generous with his time and advice for tourists.

Ursula was great host and very hospitable and shared much information of the region. The rooms are big with a seperate dining and kitchen which is well stocked with breakfast items. we did some cooking and there were adequate utensils for that. The vineyard is close to many celler doors and also the vine village which is very useful. Blenheim town is about a 10 minute drive nad has all that you will need to have a nice stay and for a local tour.

There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Loved everything! Our hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, but gave us 100% privacy. The property itself is beautiful and superbly presented with quality inclusions and furnishings. You feel instantly at home and we found it very relaxing. The amazing vineyard settling also helped, and being able to gaze up at the stars and Milky Way from the super comfy bed was breathtaking! Well stocked kitchen and breakfast supplies were appreciated as were the homely touches like fresh flowers and cookies and chocolates. A standout all round and we can’t wait for our next stay!!!

Stunning view from the ocean, to waves of vineyards onto the mountains. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the grill to make our dinner. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Ugbrooke Country Estate is a recently renovated guest house in Lower Dashwood, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful country house among the vineyards. Alex and Peter could not be more welcoming. Pool perfect for a cooling down dip. We had a lovely dinner along with other guests which made the experience all the better. Would gladly return to stay a bit longer.
