Amazing homestay. We stayed a week and we will be coming back. If you want to get out of Thamel it's the place to be. Locals shop, local food. The family are super nice, really attentive. We felt like we are home every time we arrived back. I recommend 100%.

What a wholesome place! The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, warm blankets. There was a family rooftop with an awesome view. The best of of course was the host itself, who was very friendly, answered any questions, open for conversation and sharing his culture. On the next day me and my friends were even invited to join his family for a festival. Couldn't get more local! Everything was good. But don't expect an extremely fancy shower or so like in a hotel. You are staying in place where local people live. And you will find everything you need! What could be better than that.

I stayed 2 nights at Sunrise Point Homestay and it was great! The view from the room is absolutely stunning, I had the best sunrise in 3 months traveling through Nepal! The host family is friendly and welcoming, the food is cheap and delicious, everything is fresh and come from the garden. The place is quiet and I wish I could have stayed longer because this is the perfect place to be for settling a bit after weeks of backpacking... Thank you for everything!

I spent a marvelous stay at Jungle Homestay, the place is peaceful and logisitically convenient for trekking trails. The owners are very welcoming and kind and provided me for all the needs and info I may have needed. Food is delicious and rooms are cozy and I would recommend to stay at this place

We stayed at Shine Homestay as a group of 16 people, and everything was simply wonderful. Rabina and her family made us feel truly at home: their kindness, calm energy, and attention to detail created a peaceful haven in the middle of Kathmandu’s lively chaos. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the rooftop offered a lovely space to relax, and breakfast was fresh and generous. Breakfast was very good host was very friendly and informative. Besides that: the location is very good especially when you want to stay in a real Nepali atmosphere and neighbourhood out of the tourist zone. When my wife had an ankle injury host immediately reserved groundfloors appartement without extra costs.
