AA Homestay位于姆鲁，提供休息区。 This is a very clean and comfortable guesthouse that is super close to the park entrance. The food and drinks are cheap and tasty. The owners are very kind and helpful. There are lots of fans and places to dry clothing, which is a necessity in Mulu. I'd be very surprised if there is a better spot in Mulu at this price point!! Definitely recommend!

It can get warm during the day. On our return we needed to rest out aching bodies and stayed in the Aircon 3 bed room. The beds are singles and can be put together for a double bed too. Aircon is new and works great. Each room has a clothes rack. Towels and toilet paper provided. Excellent Breakfast was provided every morning. Often Dina asked what we wanted so it was often different. Although banana crepes are their signature breakfast. Robert is from Mulu and it's great to see they have a business and survived after the tough COVID years. Too many foreigners go to Marriott and sadly there isn't enough support for the local businesses.

Located in Damai, Nanga Damai Homestay features a garden and terrace. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge and a bar. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nanga Damai!! It is the perfect spot to explore Taman Nagara Santubong National Park, the Pamai Rainforest, and Bako National Park! Hosts Emily and Willis are wonderful — great recommendations, fun conversation, and free rides in the local area! The home stay itself is beautiful with birds and monkeys visible from the pool! Delicious free breakfast included and super cheap laundry services. Such a wonderful place… we can’t wait to return!!

The kindness and thoughtfulness of Denny and Salina made our stay very enjoyable. The local but adapted food is delicious. Our children loved swimming in the river just behind (soft sand). The location of the Mulu Tribal Homestay is very convenient. Right across from the airport and a 10-15 minute walk from the park entrance. Transportation is available on site.
