Fantastic family run gem situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very friendly and spoke fantastic English! This guesthouse complex is close to the main square and is around the corner from a great restaurant and mercado. The local cenote is a 12 minute walk away which is a bonus! There were lots of nice touches like mosquito spray and music in the communal garden. Rustic and authentic feeling with very helpful friendly staff

We stayed here just for one night before visiting Chichen Itza. The location is perfect to reach the archeological site in a few mins. The room was spacious and cozy as well as the garden with swimming pool. The highlight is definitely the owners, they are always available and really helpful, and provided great recommendations to make the most of our stay. Stay here if you can!

Owners live on site and are really friendly and helpful. They were a great help to us helping us out with a lift back from Playa Del Carmen and on to our next accommodation in El Cuyo. Good sized room with great wifi. Cleaners are great and clean the room regularly with towels and linen replaced etc. Outside pool area is pleasant and relaxing. Location is good for access to the beach, town and restaurants. Free coffee available in the morning with sugar and powdered milk. Free drinking water available. We had a great stay for 4 weeks.
