Communication was great, the accommodation was super clean, comfy, silent and offers everything you need (fan, aircon, water, fresh towels & linen, shampoo, fridge etc.). You do not hear a single plane in the air although its conveniently close to the airport. Mario even tops it with his ride service - at a small extra fee he gave us a ride from the bus terminal where we arrived at night from our last stop of our trip in Mexico - this was worth every peso. We were very grateful for everything Mario did for us, we felt like home. Thank you for all, Mario! Keep going & we wish you all the luck with the extension of your accommodation!

Andrea is super nice and helpful and recommended amazing places to eat, explore, and experience. The location is a 5 min walk to north beach (which I'd say is the best one on Isla Mujer) and 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

The guest house features family rooms. To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

An incredibly charming family welcomed us, and we immediately took them to heart... and I believe they did the same with us. Even though we speak only a few words of Spanish and they don't speak English, we got along well. Whenever we needed help or had questions, they were immediately ready and incredibly hospitable. Here, you live together and get to see what the "local life" is like. There's a communal kitchen for guests, a rooftop terrace for relaxing, and even a water refill station. The rooms are simple and functional. Another plus is that in the morning, you can hear a wonderful concert of birds upon waking up; the jungle is right next door. Simply marvelous, we felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime.
