The hotel has a very nice beach area with a few lounges and the "bikini beach" is a very short walk down the beach road, it is in a beautiful area with excellent swimming and some snorkeling (you have to look for it out from the hotel dining/lounging area, beyond where the boat is anchored and around the white buoy. They organized a romantic dinner on the beach for us, and it was just perfect – one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve ever had. They even surprised us with a gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. The whole island felt like paradise – the beach was hands down the best we’ve ever seen, with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water. If you’re dreaming of the Maldives with postcard-perfect views, this is the place to go. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back one day!

Comfy bed with lots of pillows, nice shared living room with balcony upstairs for a morning cup of coffee. We were also given snorkeling equipment as well as snorkeling spots suggestions.

The best feature of this guesthouse is the host himself. Martin is available by Whatsapp any time of the day for anything you may need. Especially the tours organization was outstading, messaging you right after manta groups enter Hanifaru Bay or when a whale shark is spotted closeby. If you requested the Hanifaru Bay tour and you're unresponsive when mantas enters the bay, he would literally search for you at the beach, at the hotel or at the local restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and thanks to the hotel position and the tours we have been able to swim with mantas, one whale shark (at night), dolphins (watched from the boat only), sea turtles, small sharks, stingrays and morays. The reef on the island is also great with easy sandy access also during low tide.
