It is a wonderful way to experience Marocco. I actually think that the place looks way nicer in real life than in the pictures on booking. - It is far enough to have quiet most of the time -the breakfast is a traditional maroccan (berber, i think) mix of dishes, out on the terrace, near the pool - they have playful cats and 2 dogs and a voliere with all kinds of birds - the pool is cleaned every day -i think it's perfect for families and for larger groups - the personel working there are very nice and welkoming. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad!The riad is located in a very convenient location, only a 5-10 min walk to the Medina and tannery, however it's in an alley so very quiet at night. The owner is so sweet and the nicest host we've met during our time in Morocco. His warm and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, with Moroccan bread, baguette, boil and fried eggs, jam, olive oil, mint tea and orange juice. The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic and our room was clean and comfortable. The owner spoke Arabic and French, which we didn't speak so his neighbour Abdul came and helped us with check-in as well as gave us some suggestions on food, good photo spots and tourist traps to avoid. Highly recommend staying at this place!
