We liked the greeting we got from the flower-lined entrance to Vasara Guest House which was continued with the large potted plant in our 3rd floor front room which is reached by a narrow staircase and which has a view of sunrises over the lagoon. Second floor front rooms have a small balcony. The guest house is a short walk a from the Nida Bus Station back along the way the bus enters to town (about a pretty 50 minute ride from the Old Ferry Port). The private house has no reception and you might have to call the number posted on the window near the front door. The kitchen on the first floor has everything you'll need, including some basic cooking supplies. Our room was clean and spacious and I hit my head only twice on the slopping ceiling. Communication is done by phone or messaging via Booking. We enjoyed our stay. The area is well worth visiting.

Beautiful building and room. Everything was great, clean and well cared for. The room had everything you need. Location was really great, too, close to supermarkets and the river. Self check in was very easy.

The room was very modern and the facilities were always squeaky clean just like the pictures. The whole hostel looks very new with a bathroom and a kitchen in each of the 3 floors. There was AC in the rooms which was a big bonus. The location was quite good for us, we could walk to the main streets in about 15’.
