I loved a lot that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and at any time accessible, the rooms were tidy, clean, and very spacious. Large balcony, private and quiet. The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

The staff was really nice and friendly. The manager arranged our safari, a tuktuk ride to see a local ceremony in the village and a car ride to Mirissa. Also, we got to see the cinnamon and fruit/vegetable garden. We had amazing homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very fair price. The room was spacious and clean. Further, the location of the hotel next to the rice fields is amazing. It's nice to go for a walk and you have a great view from the garden and balcony. We can highly recommend staying here!

My hosts couldn’t have made me feel any more welcome. They are kind and generous. As a single female traveller I felt very secure in their compound. I strongly advice you book your safari with your host. He’s a confident driver with a keen eye for leopards. Don’t think saving money will serve you well, take a private tour. The guest house is situated close to the park and near to the road the dissects the park. Take an evening safari on the road if you can. The accommodation is very clean. I found it hard to leave these lovely people.

Such a sweet family! The cabanas are very adventurous, offering a fantastic view of the lake: if you're lucky you can spot a few crocodiles swimming around! There's no danger and it's very peaceful.☺️ The rooms are simple and tasteful. The hammock is bliss! There isn't any hot water but that's not a problem at all. We only had lunch and the kottu was very, very tasty. They can recommend a safari tour-Janaka- and it was professional and fun.

Cannot praise enough. Make sure you visit the Crocs before you leave!!!
