The host is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Like your Sri Lankan dad. Location is a bit outside the main busy centre, and that's nice actually. There's a great restaurant downhill, just 5min walking.

Differnt like in Sri Lanka the pictures doesn't show You how great is the place. Clean, comfortable, nice smell, european standard. Great working air condition, HOT WATER. Even that the place is difficult to find don't worry about - the owner will guide You from the orientation point - shop. You can reach the point with the car even if it's upway. The owner is really good person. He will tell You about all wat's worth to see around. He will help You with the organisation transport without extra charge fir him. There is an area with kitchen, living room with sofas and tv for use for everybody. But the most important thing is the view. It's realy 360. We can adwise the room with the big windows on the corner where You can enjoy the sunrise from the bed. The host, the wiev, quality and price makes this place the best to stay in Kandy for more than one night.

This place is stunningly beautiful! It's an oasis of tranquility and wellness very close to the city centre. As soon as you walk in you will be overwhelmed by the amazing artwork and the amazing style of the villa. Didn't find anything comparable to this hidden gem! It's just next level. The owner is super kind and makes you feel like a king/queen. Grazie mille fratello!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. There was hot water and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options which you could choose from. Location is great, really quiet and pretty but only 15 mins away from the city and tuktuks are very cheap. Sri was so welcoming and willing to help us with anything that we needed. Would very much recommend!

We spent three nights at this lovely house with a beautiful terrace offering a magnificent view of the Hanthana range. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toothpaste, shampoo, and body wash. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The family’s exceptional efforts to ensure our comfort coupled with all other facilities made it our best stay in Sri Lanka.

We had two nights at the Grove and everything was perfect. We had the family room which was enormous with a beautiful shaded balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was phenomenal- eggs and sausages, followed by platters of French toast and pancakes and finally a plate of fresh fruit. We ate their both evenings and the dinners were excellent. We especially loved the infinity pool which was perfect for a cool down and big enough to get a proper swim in after a hot walk or run.
