This was by far our best accommodation in Sri Lanka. The room was beautiful, clean, and bright, with brand-new facilities. From our room, we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset, and the rooftop offered an even more stunning view. The highlight was the owner and his incredible hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay. We had both breakfast and dinner here, and dinner was truly a special experience. He shared his unique way of preparing fried rice and gave us deeper insight into Sri Lankan culture and cuisine. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay here!

This guesthouse is an absolute gem. My room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely private outdoor seating area. Breakfasts were a feast! Delicious Sri Lankan dishes kept appearing on the table, and any other time of the day the family kept offering me some tea. One of the highlights of my stay was the cooking class with Sudesh’s mom. I heard great things about in the reviews and I'm so glad I decided to do it as well. It was a great experience and everything we cooked was absolutely delicious! The location, while a little off the beaten track, offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. While getting an Uber or PickMe can sometimes be a bit tricky due to its more remote location, the family arranged transportation for me whenever needed. What truly sets this guesthouse apart is the incredible family who runs it. They were all simply amazing, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I honestly can't recommend this guesthouse enough. It's the perfect place to experience true Sri Lankan hospitality, enjoy delicious food, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Kandy region.

Shantha and his wife Kumari, warmly welcomed us into their beautiful home , which is in a quiet residential area of Kandy overlooking the river. Our room was spacious, spotless and modern with a lovely ensuite bathroom. We had the best nights sleep in Srilanka! So calm and comfortable..then came the delicious traditional breakfast , made with love by Kumari - this lady is a culinary goddess! Soooo good that we ordered her evening meal too and didn't regret it ! Highly recommend this homestay . Thank you, Kumari and Shantha !

Beautiful property that felt like our own little oasis. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was served at your requested time and the owner offered to cook us a Sri Lankan breakfast that was really good. The location does require a tuk tuk in and out of Kandy central but you can down load the pick me app to get local rates to keep costs down. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

Great location, they suggest a lot of activities and shower is great ( good pressure, hot water and super clean) the dorms are smal but super clean and you can manage the space for laguage with other host. Big locker for your laguage. Yhe personnel is amazing and super nice . Always trying to help.
