Everything, wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful location near lagoons. Lovely walks around and about. Plenty of wildlife to see. Refreshing pool on site. Great restaurant too. Room was spacious and brand new.

Hosts are amazing and helpful. We also went fishing with Manu. Breakfast is plentiful and good. The rooms were very clean. The location is excellent since it is close to the centre but in a quiet area. And it is also very close to the beach. I highly recommend the place.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The wifi is good too. I received more than with the price. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed, and even more. Highly recommended everyone pick here when you're in Tissa. By the way, the safari book from hotel really effordable, I see all the animals cause the driver is professional, hard working and have a hawkeyes.

One of the best experiences in Sri lanka trip within 3 weeks. Amazing place, not only appartment but all Rekava. Definately one of the most underrated places in Sri lanka. If you are in doubts - you definately should go there. Peace, silence, nature, ocean, turtles, amazing people - this is Rekava. Lookout lodge is excelent accomodation - new house, all clean and comfy, perfect location near the beach and turtle watch center. Good restaurant nearby (reccomended by Chami). Excelent breakfast and peacefull conversations with owner. We felt like home there and all our wishes were fulfilled with smile. And - there is a pool now - we where the first users and it is great. Appriciated by our boys. Sorry that we booked just 2 nights there, would have liked to stay at least a couple more days. It was actually a nicer and more comfortable place to stay than we expected. Also, a very comfortable bedroom, a very clean bathroom (with hot water), a charming balcony, we were surrounded by green surroundings with birds chirping. We were able to see various animals. We had lunch and dinner. Our dinner was full of sea food. It was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the host was a very kind person. I think you will also be able to have a nice vacation at this place.🩷

We were really happy we chose this place for our 3-night stay at Tissa. I will not write much about the place, the room and the facilities provided and the quality of services provided by the host; they are all better described by other guests and they are all true. I will - above all - point out the amazing care dedicated by the host and his wife in order to serve us the best quality of ingredients and prepared the finest dishes of Sri Lankan cuisine! That was the only place of all Sri Lanka over a 3+ week period where we had the chance (and the luck) to taste authentic local food - and it was amazing! Don't miss this opportunity and book your dinner (half-board) with them... you won't regret it!

Everything was perfect ! By far the best guest house we stayed in Sri Lanka. The accommodation is close to the sea, spacious and incredibly clean. The hosts are extremely kind and always there to give us advice. Huge plus for the breakfast which is plentiful and excellent! We highly recommend

10/10, 5 stars It worths every dollar Everything about this place is Perfect. The owner makes your trip x100 more joyable.. he gave us a bird safar the day before. picked me up from the bus station and dropped me back when i left, waited an hour for the bus with me and made sure im safe. He gives and dont expect back. The jeep and tour guid were perfect.. the tour guide spoke english fluintly and stopped at every animal, we saw the difference with ither guides who did not care and obviously we had a privilage with the jeep and excellent guide. If u want a perfect experience of yala, just go there and u guarantee will!! 10/10 And this guy gigles are the best 🤣

Very nice and comfortable place. the staff are very well taken care of and prepare breakfast before an early safari. at the same time, the staff is also invisible, so you feel that the whole villa belongs to you (if there are no other guests). we spent most of our time on the terrace by the pool, meaning in the common area, which was very nice to be around.
