I arrived very late, around 2 a.m., but the owner was waiting for me, welcomed me warmly, and helped me settle in, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Even though I stayed only one night and left early in the morning, I felt very comfortable. I would especially like to mention the kindness and helpfulness of the family who own this place. They are very friendly people and make you feel welcome and at home. Highly recommended if you want to stay with a local family and experience true Sri Lankan hospitality.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. It was marvelous to experience Geoffrey Bawa's eyes and soul through this stay. Extremely relaxing and beautiful, through out the space and breakfast. The housekeeper Rohana was surprisingly impressive in his hospitality and professional at touring Bawa's residence. Definitely will visit again!

Architecture of the place is more than amazing with lots of details that u would never be bored of. Lastly Food is amazing

Very cozy, clean and cute place to stay. Very close to Havelock City Mall. Room was big, there was a/c. Stuff was extremely helpful and friendly, I appreciated them. I got wine and chocolate Canolo and got breakfast in the morning, everything was yummy. I wish I could have a more time to enjoy the room and Italian food. I will definitely come back again.
