The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Had such a pleasant stay at Ban Vivanh. It was very comfortable and the property is beautiful. Vivanh is a lovely host and very accommodating. In the past, there was a footbridge to walk from near the property to the city center. Although the bridge is currently undergoing repairs, it is still super easy to get to the center either by boat (costs only 10,000 kip), tuk tuk, or a leisurely walk across the bridge (maybe 25 minutes tops). Actually, the seclusion of the property away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy city center was probably my favorite part. Highly recommend!

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. I had a wonderful stay in Wan’s residence. The room was clean and well-equipped. Wan is very attentive to his guests and his wife is making fabulous dinner every morning. The residence is slightly outside of town centre but bikes are provided to guests free of charge.

The host was very thoughtful and helped us organize everything we needed to visit the area and continue our travel. We stayed upstairs, big room and it was very quiet at night, ac and hot water worked well. Can definitely recommend this place :)
