The property has been recently renovated so everything was brand spanking new and sparkly clean. the staff really bent over backwards to accommodate us and put a lot of attention to detail in the furnishings of each room, but also in the service too.

I've been to Luang Prabang many times before, staying in various hotels with a much higher price tag than this. However, I really enjoyed Villa Merry, due to it's location (right next door you have a few great restaurants, such as & Koji, Comma coffee, Pizza place, Zurich Bread, etc.), immaculate cleanliness, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and beautiful views on Puxi hill and a mountains on another side. Complementary breakfast was fine too, we would get eggs and fresh fruit with a coffee every morning. Mr Sam who is the owner of the place, is such a pleasant host. He speaks very good English and would help us out when we needed. I will definitely be back here, it's a great value for money.

I had a great time at Pongkham Residence. The Place is Beautiful and the Owners and their two kids are very caring and helpful and always give you a warm welcome. The place is a bit away from the Centre but with the bike that’s not a problem at all. They also have somebody working there with a TukTuk, which is really helpful if you have to go to the Airport or Bus Station. I can highly recommend staying here - it was the perfect place to explore Luang Prabang.

- We love staying at Villa phathana Hotel . They gave a very warm welcome and introduced a map of the main tourist attractions in Luang Prabang. We were really surprised. the hotel is located next to Ryola Place in the center near the Night Market (in a quiet area). Both are excellent. It's a family hotel, -The owner is from Vietnam, he runs it very helpful, always ready to help. - We stayed a short time, he arranged a tour for me to book a tour and then booked a bus ticket to Nong Khiew. Breakfast, contrary to what many reviews say, was very well served. -The room was very comfortable with the bed had a good night's sleep. And the city is magical. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. -Thank you Ben we will be back soon
