I really liked the bungalows right above the water. The Cottages are simple but don't lack amenities like power and shower. the beds are very nice too. You can use the kayak to go into the mangroves free of charge. Again, very comfortable quiet and wholesome.

We rented kayaks and went through the fishing village and down to the ocean! The food was incredible and the property was beautiful.

I loved how clean everything was and how open and spacious the common areas are. Everything is really nice. Great bed and very comfortable pillows. I liked that it was a short walk from the beach, but at the same time away from the busy streets.

Tastefully decorated big rooms using driftwood and shells , gaps in the flooring so you can see the sea lapping underneath. Beautiful big deck with comfy seats over the sea and you can jump off and swim right there👏 The food is the best in Cambodia, the fish amok is delicious, and the omelettes exquisite, pancakes and smoothies all at Khmer prices🙏 Lonely Beach is a half hour hike away, pristine sand ,palms and a clean clear sandy beach

The location to me it is the best at Sok San,past the village on the little 'hill' overlooking the bay. Bungalows are basics but really clean and with anything you need,a fridge,a kettle,plenty wall sockets etc. To get to the beach is a mere and pleasant 10 minutes walk. No brainer choice in Sok San.

He really cares about his guests experiences & made us feel at home right away. The guesthouse is clean, cozy & quiet at night. Kiki the dog is also a sweetheart. Heaps of great food around as it’s situated right in the heart of M’pai. M’pai is a great place to stay - huuuuge close knit community vibes between the khmer people & expats, it’s really special and lovely to see/experience. This island needs people now, more than ever to visit and we felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend this guesthouse as well as a visit to this island.
