The food is excellent! Loved it all. Staff is amazing, everyday fresh water and fruit. Very good hospitality!! Good vibe to chill. Great shower in bungalow.

Great owners and staff, secure, comfortable, very clean, very peaceful. Excellent coffee, the best I've had in Cambodia. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. AC and fan, which is perfect because I only want 30 minutes of AC to dry the air a little.

Seagull Guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay only a 10-minute walk along the river to the main shops. The staff were helpful, the breakfast (eggs or museli) was delicious, and the place was exceptionally clean. We were even able to rent a scooter from them. I would highly recommend staying here!

Peacefull place, just 10 minute tuk tuk drive away from city centre. Owned by nicest family I,ve met in Cambodia. You can rent scooters or arrange any transport or activities by them.

Mr Leng and his family are kind and thoughtful hosts. Shower was warm and bed comfy. Extremely easy to rent a scooter, arrange connecting transport, etc with help from Mr Leng. We loved the local tour of the island and delicious fresh bread for breakfast.

The hotel managers are very nice, they gave me great advice about the sites around Kampot. The room had a very nice living space. Overall great experience.

We have spent 11 amazing days at Baksaei and we had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely stunning within a rice field surrounded by beautiful views of mountains, greenery and village-life atmosphere. The bonus is that you are still a short tuk-tuk ride into town, so very convenient too as you can keep the balance of being in the country side but very close to everything that the town has to offer. The house is clean, spacious and very very well equipped. We have been travelling and working remotely for a few years now and I can say that this place is a great combination of comfort, security, amenities and relaxation. This means that you can easily work from the house (great Wi-Fi and comfortable working spaces), relax on the balcony reading, practicing yoga or just watching the view or chill at the pool watching sunset and birds, cook your own meals at fully-fully equipped kitchen or order food from Grab if you feel like it- we even had 2 BBQs during our stay. It is very quiet around and we slept so well during our entire stay- huge surprise was how breezy it was even during May as we could sleep with windows open and no AC was needed even though available! Meghan, the host, is such a kind and open hearted person who is so passionate about her place and full heartedly dedicated to offer the most complete experience and make sure that nothing is missing- she had done such an amazing job making the place truly comfortable and achieving this sense of chill that we are all looking for. It was hard to leave and we could stay much longer but we already had a whole plan in place so would probably be back again. We stayed as a couple and recommend it for any individual, couple or family who are seeking peace, quiet, relaxion and connection to the country side. Thank you Meghan for creating such a great place!

The owners were fantastic. Invited us to a party which was fun. Pool was clean and great to swim in away from the heat. Room was spacious, clean and the best mattress in Cambodia! It was sooooo comfortable. Thanks

Good value for the price. Clean room with air con, fridge and balcony in quiet location. Kitchen available downstairs. Owner is friendly and helpful. Would recomend.
