Furthermore, the WIFI was super fast! The host picks you up at a location of your choice and when you leave, he can take you to your preferred location. During my stay, he suggested an incredible restaurant that was surprisingly cheap for the quality of food, drove me there and picked me up. The highlight of my stay was the tour that the host offered. We drove to local villages that are rarely visited by tourists and took a ride on the famous bamboo train. It was an authentic and unforgettable experience. In short, I highly recommend Odambang Village Homestay. Bun is a really nice guy who speaks very good English and organizes a very fun tour. His family is very kind as well and you can borrow his bike(s). I recommend staying here whenever you are in Battambang, it is so worth it!

Battambang Eco Stay was the most amazing experience! The hotel was incredible, with fast Wi-Fi and great amenities. The host took care of us 100% of the time, making us feel like family. The location was perfect, and the lovely home-cooked dinners at night were a highlight. Everything was just great—clean rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and the hosts taking us to the best spots.

He organized our trips there with a perfect timing, also for the bats, incl. transfer to Siam Reap. You share the bathrooms with the other guests and Esaro‘s wife is cooking very good food for you.

The guesthouse, the scooters, the food, the help, the morning coffees, the noodle breakfasts, the stories, Anut’s smile and most of all, the company of these two- we are so grateful to have come across this place. It’s so much more than some accommodation. We stayed for 2 nights and ate with the family both nights. Mom, the daughter prepared absolutely delicious food for us with a great variety of dishes. Breakfast is at Mom’s coffee shop around the corner. Wholeheartedly recommend!
