Nice bathroom with separated toilet. Glimpse of Mt Fuji from the 1st floor apartment window. We only spent one night but found this to be the best value option in Kofu. Self check in was a multi step process as some of the reviews say buy it's ok if you follow the instructions in the right order. Have fun with it!

It is located 11 km from Lake Kawaguchi and provides a shared kitchen. Guests can make use of a garden. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but what really made our experience special was the hospitality of the owner. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the station when we arrived and even taking us back on our last day, helping with our luggage and giving us a lovely send-off. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Such kindness and care are rare to find – highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable Accommodations: LINK HOUSE in Fujiyoshida offers a guest house with free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a balcony with mountain views. Each room includes a work desk, wardrobe, and tatami flooring. We had such a wonderful stay at Link House! It's a beautiful property with a great host. Yumiko was very welcoming and kind, gave great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is also in walking distance from some very nice sights. We can highly recommend to stay here. A bonus was that we woke up with views of Mt Fuji on our last day. Thank you Yumiko for an unforgettable experience!

The property is around 23 km from Mount Fuji, 500 metres from Oshijuutaku Togawa and Osano’s House and 5 km from Mount Kachi Kachi Ropeway. Lake Kawaguchi Ohashi Bridge is 6.2 km away and Fujiomuro Sengen Shrine is 7 km from the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay here and especially the tour of the space and family shrine. It truly made our experience special and we really enjoyed learning about the family and history of the inn/area. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was especially great (clean and had great amenities). We would stay here again!

Guest House Zen is a beachfront property situated in Yamanakako, 18 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 21 km from Lake Kawaguchi. The 1-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with a shared bathroom and free WiFi. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. This place is umbelievably beautiful, breathtaking and pure magic, is a guesthouse with only 3 rooms, but 2 of them have an amazing view of mt fuji and the lake, it was and incredible stay, there are plenty activities to do on the lake and although there are very few options for eating nearby and also you have to see what are their schedules, you might probably have to survive with seven eleven food which is a 10 min walk, but you have a big kitchen in here so I don't see any problem with that, it's also very very empty everything in the town at least in low season but that wasn't a problem for us, also you can take a bus and go to chureito pagoda and fuji q highland and some other amazing views of mt fuji, if you want to see mt fuji I believe this is the best place to do that. The owner is really nice and helpful, before check out we talk with him and make a cultural exchange for more than an hour, he might be the best english speaking japanese person in the country.

The hospitality of the hosts was exemplary. Their food, service and the extra efforts in making our stay comfortable made this 1 night stay memorable. The host dropped us off at the bus station 15 mins away on the next day to catch our bus to Mishima train station which was a bonus that I did not expect when making this

The owner is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and awesome with good facilities like a heater which we definitely needed! Such a beautiful area which is very local, but still pretty easy to get around from here! Renting bikes was the highlight for us as we saw all of lake kawaguchiko so so easily and had an awesome day, when we got back we were treated by the large onsen style bath to enjoy and warm up! We had large suitcase and the owner happily took us to the station when we checked out which is so kind. Amazing place to stay!!

The 2-star guest house features lake views and is 3.9 km from Fuji-Q Highland. The guest house has family rooms. Authentic guest house with an excellent host. We got green tea on arrival. and transferred us and our luggage to the train station. He was very nice, even though we were a bit troublesome (complications with arrival time etc.) The view was also beautiful, I hope I can come back for a longer period here.

晴家(HALELUYA) Guest House in Fujikawaguchiko provides adults-only accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace. Felt like home and we wish we could stay longer. Our room had an incredible Fuji view which we were so pleasantly surprised by.
