One of the best affordable and feature rich places that we had booked in our Japan trip. Yumi was particularly very helpful and has kept the property in a very spotless manner. The bathrooms although shared had all the amenities including premium toiletries. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

The building is beautiful and comfortable - with plenty of space for many guests. The owner is also a very kind woman, who is happy to give advice on places to go to and see.

View from top floor is lovely, the Skytree is so pretty at night.

I had a wonderful time here. Not only was the location itself a beautiful little guest house, but the host went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. She was polite and nice, cooked me a delicious breakfast, and even helped me with transportation. It was such a cozy little location that was everything I needed- clean, safe, warm, and homely. Highly recommended!
