It’s the best guesthouse that I have been to in Okinawa (out of 4). First things first, Kishaba, the owner, is so nice and informative. The facility is amazing, from the large beds to the well equipped kitchen and the nice living room. 5 minutes walk from everything you’ll need. I will surely come back.

2 km from Sesoko Beach, Sesoko Blue is a recently renovated property located in Sesoko and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. It is set 12 km from Nakijin Gusuku Castle and features a shared kitchen. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Everything! I had the luck to be there to celebrate my birthday during one of the evening get-together parties in the living room. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the proper heating/AC needed for the changing weather at the island, the futons were comfy, and the blankets really cozy. The bathroom and shower were super clean and functional, with a clean towel for every night at the stay and elegantly decorated. The common area, living room with kitchen, is fully equipped, with comfortable decoration, and the most beautiful view to the sea. The location is great as well, as there is a beach close by and a delicious café near the hotel. I can only recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really friendly, easy going and will help in case of any questions.

Offering a garden and city view, Happy Island Miyako is situated in Miyako Island, 1.8 km from Painagama Beach and 3.4 km from Turiba Seaside Park. Max was really nice and really helpfull. There is a full equiped kitchen available and the room was confortable. Wifi ok and the place is closed to really amazing beaches by car.

Everything you could want in a hostel. My room was simple and small, but very functional with its own AC unit and lockable storage. Andy also kindly let me store my luggage for a day after I checked out, and was hugely helpful in offering me recommendations/tips (and was very responsive on WhatsApp).
