The large toilet was a nice touch. However, we found some bugs in the room, both dead and alive. Additionally, our room was close to the reception, so at night, we could hear people talking and coming in and out from the lodge main door, making it difficult to sleep. The soundproofing of the room door could be improved. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, being very close to the ski resort with a kind of ski-in ski-out, within walking distance.

The owners and staff are so friendly and wonderful. Sandi helped pick us up and drop us off from the station and ski resort which we appreciate so much. The owners were so nice to us and tried to help us with whatever issues we had. The food at the restaurant had a discount and was delicious. It was a wonderful stay!!

Didn’t know they do welcome center pickups to lodging. Walked it down on the snowiest day of the year. Now I know.

Very nice place with a beautiful view on Mt Yotei. Very clean and cozy. Owner was really great and had a good time with a lot of food and good conversation. The owner even drove to different places to drop me off. Free of charge. Would recommend to anyone!

It is right next to the bus stop to town, across the street from a great coffee shop, and a very short walk to the ski resort. Great spot. Additionally the owner is a ski guide. This is a great option for your trip!

The location was perfect for driving to all of the resorts we wanted to visit but also close enough to Kutchan and Niseko for a short drive to ski and eat etc. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really large. Plenty of space for 7 adults and great facilities like a kitchen downstairs. The hosts were amazing, could not of been more helpful. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. We opted in for breakfast a couple of mornings and dinner and both were delicious and very good value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other activities like snow showing etc.

The guest house features family rooms. What didn't we like. Everyone was very caring, helpful, and a good laugh and the complimentary breakfast was amazing each morning. The common areas were always friendly and the rooms themselves were very cosy, clean and nice. A great location to Annupuri resort and there was plenty of food options around.

Very personable with great breakfast, the location is so close to the slopes with ski holding facilities right at the door. Family who run the house are lovely. We would return in an instant. We had two rooms, a triple and a double, the triple was split across two floors with loads of room, the double had a small sofa and plenty of room for all our bags. The setup is also very accommodating for families as well: the communal dining area is available in the evening to rest in and eat any take out food and drink. Excellent value for money and perfect for our family.
