Guests can relax in the shared lounge and use the free on-site parking. A free shuttle is available from JR Niseko Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away. The owners and staff are so friendly and wonderful. Sandi helped pick us up and drop us off from the station and ski resort which we appreciate so much. The owners were so nice to us and tried to help us with whatever issues we had. The food at the restaurant had a discount and was delicious. It was a wonderful stay!!

Pension New White Bear is located in the Hirafu district of Kutchan, 6.2 km from Lerch Memorial Park, 6.6 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park and 6.8 km from Asahigaoka Park. Providing free private parking, the 2-star guest house is 4.4 km from Hirafu Station. The accommodation provides a public bath, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Ika and her family were the best hosts I’ve ever had at any accomodation! There was a problem with the booked room’s door and without hesitation, we were upgraded at no extra cost for the entire duration of our stay. It was great getting to know the family during dinners in the communal dining area, and we were even offered a lift back to the welcome centre for our bus back to the airport. The location is also unbelievable - about a 10 minute walk to either the King or Ace gondola, and smack-bang in the centre of restaurants and food trucks. Definitely try the Hokkaido seafood soup curry that is literally right next door - one of the best things I had in Japan.

Rides to bus stop which is very convenient when you have luggages and you don’t want to drag around. Very friendly and helpful staff, I will def stay here if I ever go back to NISEKO

I liked the cleanness and cozy atmosphere in the house. The wisdom and the hospitality of the host was marvelous. Also, the view from the room was breathtaking. The living room was comfortable to stay, the bathroom on each floor was very convenient, and the laundry room was a big plus to my whole experience. I would like to go back again and again!

Superb location out it the countryside but not far from local attractions. Very quiet rural setting.

The location was perfect for driving to all of the resorts we wanted to visit but also close enough to Kutchan and Niseko for a short drive to ski and eat etc. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really large. Plenty of space for 7 adults and great facilities like a kitchen downstairs. The hosts were amazing, could not of been more helpful. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. We opted in for breakfast a couple of mornings and dinner and both were delicious and very good value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other activities like snow showing etc.

Annupuri Oasis Lodge has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Kutchan, 10 km from Hirafu Station. This 1-star guest house offers ski storage space and free shuttle service. The guest house features family rooms. What didn't we like. Everyone was very caring, helpful, and a good laugh and the complimentary breakfast was amazing each morning. The common areas were always friendly and the rooms themselves were very cosy, clean and nice. A great location to Annupuri resort and there was plenty of food options around.

Situated just 7.3 km from Niseko Station, Pension Cotton Farm features accommodation in Niseko with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. Featuring free private parking, the 2-star guest house is 10 km from Hirafu Station. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. Very personable with great breakfast, the location is so close to the slopes with ski holding facilities right at the door. Family who run the house are lovely. We would return in an instant. We had two rooms, a triple and a double, the triple was split across two floors with loads of room, the double had a small sofa and plenty of room for all our bags. The setup is also very accommodating for families as well: the communal dining area is available in the evening to rest in and eat any take out food and drink. Excellent value for money and perfect for our family.

Well situated in the Annupuri district of Niseko, Bistare Kana is set 9.4 km from Hirafu Station, 6.5 km from Niseko Station and 12 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Shinsen Marsh is 17 km away and Asahigaoka Park is 17 km from the guest house. Was well above our expectations considering the price. Yamasan (The Host, apologies if I spelled his name wrong) was awesome and really helpful. The whole place is super clean there is only 5 or 6 rooms so the showers and bathrooms were always free. The Breakfasts were different each day and were really enjoyable. The fire was on each night for great ambiance and we had dinner there once that was super tasty (Nepal lamb Curry) definitely recommend. We will stay here again when we come back!! If your wondering about being in Annupuri vs the other parts of Niseko, we really enjoyed it as the lift lines where much smaller the whole place is more relaxed and there is a number of Onsen, one in particular is just down the road from the lodge. If you are a competent skier it’s only two lifts from Annupuri to reach the summit where you can then ski the rest of niseko. If you’re new to skiing it might be less fun getting to the other fields but in that case Annupuri has plenty of terrain anyway. Thanks for the great accommodation can’t recommend enough
