Very nice little location in Kyoto. Next to the river with a lot of local spots to eat and enjoy! The room we got was a first floor with its own small garden which was beautiful ❤️ Kevin was also so kind as to drive us to the train station! Would definitely go back!

The girl there was very kind with us, she prepared our breakfast by herself, every day was a different breakfast with meals that has Kyoto specialties that we didn't see in other places, so it was very cool. The instalarions were perfect, very clean and pretty and very comfortable.

This was a really sweet property, it felt special to be able to stay in a more “authentic” property and the location was also great for what we wanted to do in Kyoto. It was clean and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay!
