It was so nice to stay in a quiet and nice area but still close to the city and train station. The guest house is beautiful. Our room too. The beds were comfortable and I could get a really good rest. They had great facilities, like the kitchen, instant hot water and coffee/tea/hot chocolat. We could do our laundry. Also they serve really good and affordable food, drinks and desserts at their gorgeous restaurant that was open during the day. They even have a Japanese garden with a Koi fish pond! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved everything about this place.

The atmosphere and location were excellent, the room was massive with the most comfortable beds of our trip, and the food was delicious. The service was fantastic, we had an amazing stay.

Minoru is friendly and helpful. The guest house is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hostel is right in front of a quiet beach, in a very calm neighborhood. You can hear the waves at night, the birds in the morning, pet the local cat or even sheep. The common space is big and comfortable. The host is really nice, and we were very grateful when she gave us a ride. (the bike location center or supermarkets are a 45 min walk, add 5 min for the ferry to go to Onomichi centre). The traditional japanese room is quite big, with view on the sea. If you have a car this is a perfect place to stay. 100% would come again!
