This stay became one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip. I truly hope to visit this beautiful home again in the future.

We opted for the full board having dinner and a traditional Japanese breakfast. The food was so fresh and delicious! This stay is an absolute must if you are cycling the Shimanami Kaido. It is over half way along the route so it's a great place to stop over to rest if you want to do the full route in 1.5/2 days. This was our first time sleeping on the tatami mats and we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and warmth! The staff were so kind, we were very sad to be leaving!
