We were warmly welcomed, treated kindly, and taken on a four-hour tour of Wadi Rum's stunning terrain and mountains before returning to camp. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and heated. I stayed at this place last week, booking 2 rooms (Family 2+2), and also stayed here back in summer 2019. It was great to see how much the place has improved since then! The rooms are spotless, recently refurbished with new furniture and renewed bathrooms — everything feels fresh and comfortable. Even in the colder months, there’s always plenty of hot water, as each bathroom has its own electric boiler, which is really convenient. All the rooms have air-conditioning, and it works perfectly. There’s also a small fridge in the room, which is very handy. What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from Mahdi and his brothers. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We could rent snorkeling gear for a small fee, and they even arranged diving lessons for three of us at just two hours’ notice! Mohamed was fantastic — he made sure we felt completely safe and made the whole diving experience really enjoyable. We had a great time and truly appreciated the personal care and attention from the whole team. Highly recommended!
