Nice small hotel, well maintained and clean. Decent breakfast to get urself going for the day. Just a short walk down hill to the city centre wid lot of options for food and shopping. Enjoyed the stay, really worth the money.

Amazing host. The ambiance in the house is exceptionally welcoming. As a solo traveler, I was so touched to see how thoughtful and helpful the host is. There’s always the option for a lovely conversation, and also for personal quiet time. Extremely respectful and warm host. The place is also very central and close to the best cafés in Amman. Great time here, great facilities, I am Certainly coming back here as it made my time in Amman lovely.

We stayed at this hotel twice. For the last night, we chose Madaba so that it would be good to take a night flight at Amman airport. The hotel is a very cozy family hotel where you are treated as a member of the family. Since we left very early at the last stop, a varied breakfast package was kindly packed for us. On our first stay, we ate at the hotel and it was completely different from our other hotel breakfasts. The selection was varied and consisted of a wide variety of home-made savory and sweet pastries. In the hotel, there is an opportunity to have a good time in the garden in the evening. The sights are within walking distance, we especially recommend climbing the ladders to the top of the tower of St.John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church. This is only for the very brave!

Top, everything was super nice, perfect location close to downtown, walking distance to Roman theatre, Very nice room and beautiful decoration all over, the terrace is amazing, impeccable clean and very nice and helpful staff.

Husan manages the guesthouse and is incredibly accommodating, despite limited English. Although the immediate surrounding looks ruinous, the accommodation itself is in a secure location, and very close to the well-known Rainbow Street, within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very private, and although the two bathrooms and toilets are shared, they are kept very clean. There is a functioning kitchen and welcoming common areas, and laundry is included in the price (i.e. a washing machine and drying rack area for guests to utilise). I re-booked my stay here each time I came to Amman and would certainly recommend this place for the mid-budget traveler who wants to experience the full scope of an historical Jordanian experience.

The host is the nicest person. She even baked us breakfast the morning while it was not included. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

This accommodation is located in the courtyard of the St. George's Mosaic Church in the centre of the city of Madaba. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Madaba and the pilgrim's house exceeded our expectations! We fell in love with this city. Great environment, we are so happy we decided to stop here. We are also very glad we decided to stay in the Pilgrim's House. The location is perfect! The Room was very comfortable and the staff was very kind. The whole place looks like an oasis of peace and quiet in the middle of the vibrant Madaba!
