The room was super clean, cozy, and in a quiet spot that's still close enough to walk anywhere. But what really made it special was how kind and helpful the hosts were. They took the time to understand some specific needs we had, and honestly went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. You don’t always get that kind of attention when traveling, and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay in Venice.

The accommodation offers a lift, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. fantastic place we rented 2 bedrooms, 1 was a suite and other standard room. The standard room was excellent but the suite was gorgeous. It had an excellent fusion of old and modern combination. The celling and walls are exactly depicted in pictures but the furnishings and bathroom supberly modern and comfortable. All minbar items were included which is a rarity. located at a very convenient place both to get to and from airport and to the square and restaurants very helpful host as we extended our stay by an hour to catch the place and he was very accommodating also arranged a tour of a Murrino factory for free ( admission)

Excellent communication, a lovely unexpected breakfast, non tourist restaurant recommendations, and allowing us to check in early, made our stay a stand out experience. We are tour operators and would place this hotel in our world top 5 - highly recommend.

The room was clean and it was very easy to get in with the codes provided by Francesco and he was super helpful with recommendations for nearby places to eat and drink at. Comfy bed and nice hot water. I’d stay again. Very good value for such a central location.
