The service was amazing. The person managing the suites was very kind and prepared a great breakfast. She was also very nice in giving indications and recommendations. The room overlooked the temple of Apollo, the view was great! The location cannot be better! If you are looking for a place to explore Ortigia/Syracuse. The room is also nicely decorated and with good lighting.

Even prior to our stay, staff were available to take our enquiries. When I saw how close the accommodation was to the airport I thought it was too good to be true but alas it is indeed in close walking proximity to the airport which was perfect for our needs- a short overstay visit. Louis was very helpful, exceptional customer service. Facilities are all new. Comfortable bed.

Very good price/location. David is really nice. Free parking but need to find space earlier. Breakfast is outsourced to a cafe within 2mins walk. A croissant and a cup of coffee.

An absolutely extraordinary address in a house that has its charms. The owners were very willing to assist in the purchase of the ZTL permit. Free water, fruit, coffee available. The house is on the main avenue with restaurants.

Good location. We did not have to climb up the hills with suitcases, as it is located near the main road. The room was really spacious and clean, so it was really nice staying there. The big bottle of water helped us as the shop was closed, so we could not buy the water when we arrived.

The location is very close to the old city,10 min walk. It is not noisey in the evening. Stuff was super kind and friendly. As someone who cares mostly for cleanliness, I,was flabbergasted by the cleanliness of the apartmant. Apartment view from the balcony was also nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
