The staffs are so kind particularly Lorenzo and when we arrive it’s around 10:30am and they already gave us a room which is wonderful since we had very early flight that day. We were able to rest first before we tour Roma. Thank you very much.

We are very particular about the bathroom and this hotel meets our standards. It’s very clean and organized. We love how the toiletries are aligned. The bed was so comfortable and the room smells amazing. The balcony view was great too. We also love how the hotel contact us beforehand and managed everything so smoothly so when we arrived we didn’t struggle to check in at all. The building was very aesthetic and the interior was amazing. There is a cute and vintage elevator to the hotel which was so cool and it was an amazing experience to take the elevator. The staff were so nice and welcoming too. Moreover, the owner is such an angel. They literally helped us find our wallet.

They accommodated to us by providing an extra baby bed (crib type) & there was free water & snacks included as well. They also had extras like “vanity pack” which included a few things like Q-tips & a mini nail file- both we really loved because we forgot haha. Plus some other extras for the tub. They are so kind here, helping us with our baby & our luggage. The location is prime as well, all the big sites within 20 minutes (walking) or so! There are also plenty of stores & restaurants around very close as well. We loved our stay very much, so thankful we chose here! (:
