Superb communication from the time of booking till arrival, the rooms are modern, very clean and thoughtful. Its 10 mins walk from the station, an easy 10’mins train to Varenna every hour. A beach and nice hikes around. The village is less touristy and shops are cheaper than the neighbouring towns. Certainly a great place to explore the area.

Lovely ceiling fitted showerhead. Divine unobstructed wide view of Lago Como, with marina, boats bobbing, just across the road, from the front balcony with 2 chairs and table. Whole apartment was light, bright and comfortable. Ample cupboard space if needed. Impressively ample plug points to charge phones, plug own hairdryer. lovely mirrors well situated. ample tea and coffee making, with coffee nespresso machine. Very well located, but not noisy, walk to everywhere, including restaurants on square and the quayside.
