This place was just magnificent. The owner Mr Franko makes you feel so special and welcome. All the staff are just so accommodating in every way. The gentleman that serves you in the evenings, the young man behind the bar, the chef in the kitchen, and not forgetting the kindest lady tending to the rooms. It’s a special kind of family atmosphere that will make me come back again and again. Best pasta I have eaten in Forio and Ischia. Thank you so much.

Ferdinando is a fantastic host, always willing to help. Very professional with the accommodation and an excellent chef in his restaurant next to the rooms. He and his family are happy to take you to the port and bring you back when you need it. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. With a beautiful view of the port and the castle. I highly recommend it 💯

The location of the property is perfect - easy to find, in a lively street, but not noisy. The host was really nice, he even helped us rent a scooter! There was a snack stash in the room, drinks in the mini fridge, a coffee maker in the kitchen. GREAT air conditioning! Everything was amazing, would recommend, we will come back again!

It was great accommodation; it was clean and comfortable, and anything you need is in the room. The location is good as well. Very close to the bus stop, also within walking distance of the beach. There are 2 supermarkets very close by.

The location is super. It is only 5 mins walk from the ferries port in ischia and the view from the room is wonderful. The kicthen is also very well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. The place looks exactly like in the photos, and everything was clean and tidy — daily cleaning was a big plus. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp and shared great recommendations on places to visit, where to eat, and even helpful tips for getting ferry tickets and other practical info we needed. The only suggestion we would have is to maybe add one or two extra chairs, either on the balcony or in the room, for a bit more comfort. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Our studio for 3 pers. was so lovely and super clean (cleaned every day!). Rosario and the staff were so welcoming and friendly that made our stay unforgettable. Gorgeous property with pool, nice views, tasty breakfast, a car parking spot and great location, from where you can go to explore the green island. There's also a great restaurant next door (Al Vecchio Capannaccio Braceria) and a grocery shop within' a short walking distance. We would definitely come back again!
