Michella and Massimo have been very welcoming and nice. I've been lucky to taste Michella's cake in the morning. The villa is at the centre of the village and only 5min of walk to Procchio beach. Even without a car, it's very easy to get there by bus from Portoferraio with the 116 and to reach other villages of the island via the same line. looking forward to come back one day

Great communication with the owner, after the booking she sent us a discount code for the ferry and booked place in a near restaurant for the first evening. The flat has brand new furniture, everything is perfectly clean. Beautiful nature, sea and place just right for relaxing.

The spaciousness and the view could not be beat. I wish I had booked for more nights, as to be able to sit out on the spacious patio area, looking over the harbour, would have been a real bonus. Lots of cats to pet, all happy and well fed.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. They tried to accommodate all our requirements, eg. They were creative with the breakfast options. We expected B&B but the service provided was almost at a hotel level. The views from the pool area were amazing. The bathroom was huge and stylish. We had a piece of the garden just for ourselves which is especially useful with a dog. It is also close to the beach - 10 mins walk if you don’t mind going on the road for a bit. Close to Portoferraio too. Also the parking is safe and comfortable.

The room was very clean and simple, the mattress super comfortable, there's a fan and a mini bar. The price is very good for the location and includes a nice breakfast buffet also gluten free options, coffee is amazing. It's 5 min away from the beach. It's owned by 2 very welcoming sisters and they'll be happy to give you tips if need it. There's a "minibus" that brings you from S. Andrea to Zanca bus stop and return many times a day for 1€. There's free beach with sand and there's rocks on both sides of the long beach which are great for snorkeling. There's also a play ground for kids near to the beach. There's 2 supermarkets near Zanca and 1 small food shop in the village center. Highly recommend this B&B.
