Laxmi mam was an outstanding host, always helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless, with housekeeping taking care of them daily. Cleanliness - excellent. The amenities provided in the room were adequate. The location was convenient. Residential area, but quiet and peaceful.. Several food joints in the near vicinity.Awesome experience. Really good. It was a beautiful experience to spend some time with such warmhearted people. Jasmine ji was too good and too jovial. It felt like home to be honest. We got to attend a local dusshera mela as well and the entire trip was a 10/10.

I stayed at Grand Casa for a day and honestly the stay was brilliant. If you’re looking for some peace and isolation, this is the place. The only thing is it’s a bit away from Mall Road, but trust me it’s totally worth it. They serve proper homely food and it was super tasty. I was lucky the weather was clear and I got the full view of Kanchenjunga right from the balcony. The room was also really spacious. Definitely a memorable stay.
